If you want to exchange any product , please make sure that different size or model is available in our stock.

If you want to exchange any product for a model with different price, please keep the receipt – it is essential to tax records.

!!! The goods that are exchanged have to be unused and send in original package. The product cannot be damaged. We accept exchange of personal usage products ( such as contact lenses, tights or beauty products) only if the original package is untouched. !!!
