- How do you measure the clothes?
- Clothes are measured are placed on a flat surface. Measurements are taken from seams. You should compare your size with the given one in the chart.
- Is it possible to return or exchange ordered products?
- Of course! Everyone has the opportunity to return or exchange ordered goods on condition that you have the receipt.
- How long should I wait for my order?
- It depends on the manner of payment. If you choose Bank transfer, we send your order a day after receiving money. If you pay via pl or PayPal ( paid before 9 am) we send your order on the same day.
- Will I receive information about sending my order?
- Yes, our customers are informed about the change of the order status.
- What if required product is not available now ?
- Just above the 'add to the basket' button you can find ' Inform me about the availability of the product' button. If there is no such a button – try to choose suitable size. When you press 'log in' you will be automatically informed when the product will be available.
- Is it possible to order the clothes made to measure ?
- No, unfortunately we are not the direct producer and we are not able to realise individual orders.
- Is it possible to buy something that is not available in your shop but it is still made by Demonia or Punk Rave?
- No, unfortunately we are not able to realise individual orders. You can buy only things that we have in our shop.
